Your house being a complete disaster does not mean that you aren’t a good person,
that you’re not a responsible person,
that you don’t care about your things.
There are a lot of reasons that people’s homes get messy…
Sometimes we have chronic illnesses.
Sometimes we have too many kids, or pets, or responsibilities to
keep up with all the things.
Some of us have a hard time letting go of stuff,
and everything gets cluttered and it’s hard to clean.
If you fall into one of those categories,
you might believe that feeling constantly behind means you are failing,
or that struggling with how to manage your space means you don’t measure up.
That is a lie.
The truth?
If you’re chronically ill, neurodivergent, or overwhelmed with life’s demands,
you probably need specific tools and systems that make the most of your
time, energy, and priorities.
That’s it.
Since I fit into almost all of these categories, it makes me so happy to share
things that work for me, with people who can relate.
If you haven't spent much time with me, I make content on my site here, and also on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. I always want to know how you are doing and what is on your plate, so feel free to reach out!
Your friend,
Sarah
